Bergen County NJ Inground Pool Company- Cipriano Landscape Design selected to the national 2014 “Top 50 Pool Builders” by Pool and Spa News for a second time!
The Pool and Spa News has been ranking the top pool builders in the United States since 2003. The annual list looks at some of the most successful swimming pool construction companies, and Cipriano has made the list for the second time in as many years. In the past few years Pool and Spa News has expanded the criteria for the Top 50 list, which now goes beyond just the number of pools built and annual sales by creating smaller, more focused categories regarding companies’ community involvement, recent awards, website, social media outlets and staffing.
Of the Top 50 pool builders, Pool and Spa News ranked our website the third best in the nation, and our activity on social media outlets like Facebook and Twitter landed us in the second spot on that list. We have always been committed to delivering the consumer accurate and helpful information for their home and property. We understand that the decision to build a custom swimming pool can be difficult and we have always tried to help ease the process for our customers.
In the staffing category we came in 8th out of the Top 50. This category looked at length of employee tenure as well as licenses and certifications that the employees at the company possessed. In other words, it was specifically looking at the experience of the companies’ management and employees. A company can be around for a long time, but if they have a high rate of turnover with their employees, it means they are constantly retraining new workers rather than having workers gain experience. Celebrating our 25th anniversary, we pride ourselves on having employees with long tenures who have grown with the company and gained an in-depth knowledge and experience of the swimming pool industry over that time.
2013 was a strong year for our company as we finished 6 new pool projects including the Violin Pool, which won the Northeast Spa & Pool Association (NESPA) Best In Show Award and the Gold Award from The Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP). We were also featured on the DIY Network’s show ‘Rev Run’s Renovation’, where we completed a custom indoor perimeter overflow spa that was finished entirely in glass tile and featured fiber optic lighting.
